We get lots of enquiries about many elements of our products, online store and boutiques. To try and provide you with a location to quickly find some answers to questions you may have we have developed these FAQs.

1. HOW DO I BECOME A KIKKI.K MEMBER?
To become a member and create an online shopping account, simply click the become a member tab on the top left side of this page and follow the steps. We can then keep you up to date on all of the latest kikki.K products and news!
2. DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE?
From time to time we do have printed catalogues, but not that often. All of our gorgeous products are available to view on our website, where you'll also be the first to see all our coming soon and newest product releases. You can check our previous catalogues here.
3. DOES KIKKI.K OFFER AN ONLINE GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE?
Due to the high volume of online internet orders, we unfortunately do not have the time to offer a gift wrapping service. Please note that the products will be sent in very neat packaging.
4. DOES KIKKI.K OFFER CORPORATE DISCOUNTS?
We sure do! We offer discounts to corporate orders that are $1000.00 and over. If you would like a quote, please call Head Office on +613 9645 6346 or submit an enquiry here.
5. HOW DO I OBTAIN SPONSORSHIP/DONATION FROM KIKKI.K FOR MY COMPANY/EVENT?
All sponsorship/donation requests can be forwarded to email@example.com and we aim to give you an answer within one working week. Please note, we receive several of these requests on a daily basis, and as much as we would love to say yes to every request, unfortunately we cannot participate in them all.
6. CAN I SPEND ONLINE GIFT VOUCHERS IN KIKKI.K STORES, AND STORE VOUCHERS ONLINE?
You sure can! You can redeem kikki.K gift vouchers at any kikki.K store including kikki.K online.
7. DOES KIKKI.K OFFER WHOLESALE OPPORTUNITIES?
kikki.K is a privately owned company with our focus being on our gorgeous chain of retail stores. This unfortunately limits other areas of the business, including wholesale and other partnership agreements. kikki.K does not currently offer wholesale opportunities.
8. DOES KIKKI.K OFFER FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITIES?

14. WHAT IS COVERED IN THE STOCKHOLM COLLECTION PRODUCT WARRANTY?
Leather is a natural material. The following are NOT covered under the Product Warranty specified below:
1. Varying shades
2. Texture differences
3. Discolouration, damage and/or defects caused by personal wear and tear
4. Accidents or treatment which is inconsistent with our recommendations.
15. DO YOU STOCK THE WHITE TRESTLE TABLES SEEN IN KIKKI.K STORES?
Yes we do! The retail price for our gorgeous trestle table is AUD$795. There is also a delivery charge that is calculated with respect to your address. The trestle table measures 170cm (L) x 75cm (W) x 75cm (H), and weighs 21kg. As they are a very popular product, there is sometimes a 6-8 week waiting period. Please call your local kikki.K boutique if you have any further questions or are interested in purchasing one.
16. DO YOU CUSTOM MAKE PRODUCTS, OR OFFER EMBOSSING?
We don't custom make any kikki.K products. All products come as they are seen on the website. Unfortunately we don't offer an embossing service, but we are happy for you to emboss on our products.
