We've done our best to make delivery as easy and cost effective for you as possible. Although there is a delivery charge involved in shopping with kikki-k.com, you will certainly save time and energy by shopping online.
Delivery times and costs will differ depending on whether you choose to purchase Standard, Express or International delivery. Please note the delivery times are calculated on business days (Monday - Friday excluding public holidays).

STANDARD (3-5 DAYS): $9.95 (AUD)
Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. Delivery times are usually 3-5 business days from the time of order. Whilst most domestic orders are received within 3-5 days, please allow up to 7 days for standard delivery, depending upon the time of purchase and your delivery address.
EXPRESS (1-2 DAYS): $14.95 (AUD)
Express delivery times are usually 1-2 business days from time of order. Whilst most express orders are received within 1-2 days, please allow up to 4 working days, depending on the time of purchase and your delivery address.
Please note: All orders are sent from Melbourne, Australia. If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.
Free shipping for orders over $150 (NZD, SGD, USD)
Worldwide Flat Rate: $9.95
Please note that for deliveries to an address outside Australia, customers must place their order through the New Zealand, Singapore or Worldwide stores. Transactions will be made in the local currency (NZD, SGD or USD).
International orders are sent via Air Mail Express, which means your order should be delivered to most locations within 5-10 days. Some overseas deliveries may take longer depending on the delivery address.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed.
