We've done our best to make delivery as easy and cost effective for you as possible. Although there is a delivery charge involved in shopping with kikki-k.com, you will certainly save time and energy by shopping online.

Delivery times and costs will differ depending on whether you choose to purchase Standard, Express or International delivery. Please note the delivery times are calculated on business days (Monday - Friday excluding public holidays).

Australian Shipping

Free shipping for orders over $50

Standard: $9.95 (AUD)
Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. You should allow 7 working days for Standard delivery of your purchases, depending upon the time of purchase and your delivery address.

Express: $14.95 (AUD)
Express delivery takes up to 4 working days, depending on the time of purchase and your delivery address.

Please note: All orders are sent from Melbourne, Australia.  If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.

International Shipping

Free shipping for orders over $150 (NZD, SGD, USD)
Flat Rate: $14.95 (NZD, SGD, USD)

Please note that for deliveries to an address outside Australia, customers must place their order through the Worldwide store. Transactions will be made in US Dollars, so please be aware that you may be charged an additional processing fee by your bank.

International orders are sent via Air Mail Express, which means your order should be delivered to most locations within 7-14 days. Some overseas deliveries may take longer depending on the delivery address.

Please note: it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. Check with your local customs office for more information.
