  1. What do I do if I am having trouble placing an order online?

    Please call Head Office on +61 3 9645 6346 and one of our Customer Service team will be more than happy to take a phone order for you.

  2. I want to place an online order but dont want to provide my credit card details online

    Buying online with kikki.K is safe and secure however we do appreciate that some people prefer to pay over the phone. When you are placing your order and it comes to payment method you can select phone order. This will place your order in our queued status. Once you have done this, phone Head Office on +61 03 9645 6346 and a member from our Customer Service team will happily take your payment details over the phone.

  3. Do you ship orders overseas?

    We sure do! By ordering online, we can have your desired products shipped to you anywhere in the world. View international shipping costs.

    Please note the shipping costs can be quite high for overseas customers, but this rate is a flat rate meaning it will not alter depending on weight. So order up big! And make the most of this flat rate.
