What do I do if I want a refund or exchange on a kikki.K product?
Products purchased in store: Please choose carefully, refunds are not provided for change of mind. We are happy to exchange or provide a credit note within two weeks of purchase on presentation of a receipt, and if products are in perfect original condition.
Products purchased online: To return a product you should carefully package it up, enclose a completed Return Form with a copy of your receipt attached, affix the correct postage and send it to:

Damaged/faulty products: If a kikki.K product is found to be faulty, please feel free to return to the kikki.K store where you purchased it from. Please take along your receipt and staff will be able to assist you with an exchange or refund. If you made an online order, please phone Head Office on +61 3 9645 6346, or email info@kikki-k.com and a member of our Customer Service team will be able to help you.
