Welcome to kikki.K and thank you for taking the time to familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.kikki-k.com and cannot be varied by any individual or entity, unless there has been a prior written agreement between that individual or entity and kikki.K

May I return/exchange my purchase
In compliance with the Trade Practices Act, you are entitled to a refund if the products you purchased are:
- faulty or damaged in transit
- significantly different to those shown or described to you
- not doing what they’re supposed to do
Any items that are faulty, were damaged in transit or were not as ordered can be returned within two weeks of purchase but will not be accepted unless accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt and a completed Return Form.
You can print off a Return Form to fill-in, or call us and we'll send you one.
We will also need a copy of your receipt.
Where a refund is requested and approved, we will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned goods, excluding delivery (unless goods were faulty, damaged in transit or not as ordered).
How do I return/exchange a product
To return a product you should carefully package it up, enclose a completed Return Form with a copy of your receipt attached, affix the correct postage and send it to:
