REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We hope that you love your kikki.K purchase, but if you do change your mind you are welcome to return the product within 30 days. If you are located in Victoria, we will honour a longer return time frame if returning to a store is more convenient for you.
CONDITIONS OF REFUND/EXCHANGE
- Item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
- The returned item is unused with original packaging.
- Returned item is not a Gift Voucher or Monogrammed item.
All outlet items are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange (unless deemed faulty).
You can post the item/s you would like to return or exchange directly to our address as listed below with a completed Return Form and we will contact you as soon as it arrives back to our warehouse.

Please note, the cost of return postage is at your own expense and you will not be refunded for the cost of your return. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number in case you need to follow up.
Take your online order or product into your nearest kikki.K store.
Please note: Online exclusive products and AfterPay purchases cannot be exchanged in store.
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
