Refunds

At this stage we are unable to process refunds due to our current receivership and the related measures put in place. We hope to be able to assist you further in the future, but at this stage we do not currently have a time frame for when a solution can be provided. If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.

No receipt?
If you do not have the original receipt or proof of purchase, we will happily exchange or provide a gift voucher valued at its current retail price, as long as the purchase meets the above criteria. 
 
Faulty item?
