TSA Standard Combination Lock Instructions
When your suitcase arrives, your combination is preset to 0-0-0. To unlock your suitcase, slide the TSA Lock to release the zippers. To set your combination, follow these steps:
- Press the Reset Button using a pen or pencil.
- Set the 3-Dials to your desired combination (ex: 111).
- Set the combination by sliding the TSA Lock.
- Place the zippers into the Zipper Housing.
To test your new combination:
- Mix up the combination and try sliding the TSA Lock.
- Your new combination is now set. To unlock your suitcase, turn the 3-Dials back to your chosen combination (ex. 111), then slide the TSA Lock to release the zippers.
- To reset your combination, set the 3-Dials to your current combination and follow the steps above.




Care Instructions
Your suitcase has a 100% Polycarbonate shell (excluding trims) and a 100% Polyester lining. Remove any scuffs or marks by wiping with a damp cloth only.




Your Consumer Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.




Limited Lifetime Warranty on Luggage
kikki.K is proud of the outstanding quality of its goods, so in addition to your statutory rights we offer a limited warranty against any defects that might occur long after the expected ordinary lifespan of our luggage.
This warranty applies if you purchased any of the following items of luggage in a kikki.K store or via the kikki.K website (www.kikki-k.com) after 10 June 2025:
- Carry-On Case
- Carry-On Case Plus
What counts as a fault
If a functional fault emerges in your luggage item anytime after the date you purchased it from kikki.K, you may make a claim under this warranty. A functional fault to which this warranty applies is damage to any original part of your luggage including zips, wheels, handles and straps which:
- prevents the item as a whole from functioning as intended;
- is not purely cosmetic in nature, for example colour fading, scuff marks, scratches, stains, creases or dents; and
- was not caused by the improper use of your luggage or due to loss or theft.
Making a claim
To make a claim under this warranty, please first contact us via the details given below. You will then need to take the item to your nearest kikki.K store or other location we agree on (at your cost), and provide us with a copy of your proof of purchase receipt for the item.
We will then at our cost either:
- repair the damage to your item so that it is restored to full functionality (although the repaired or replaced component may not be the same colour or design as the original component);
- or if we think repair is not possible or practical, replace the item with a new one;
- or if no suitable equivalent is available, refund your purchase price.
Please note collection or delivery of any repaired or replacement item will be at your cost.
