kikki.K e-gift cards may be redeemed online at kikki-k.com or in kikki.K retail stores. No service fees or expiration dates apply.
If an incorrect pin is entered three times, the gift card will be automatically locked for 24 hours. Should this occur, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
Upon redemption, the holder will receive store credit on their kikki.K account for the stated amount. Cards and credits cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Contact kikki.K at customercare@kikki-k.com to request replacement of a lost or stolen card, or for any questions.

Returns
Easily return or exchange your items within 30 days with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns cannot be offered on Monogrammed items, gift-cards, facemasks, hosiery, underwear, swimwear and jewellery.
Christmas Returns Policy:
Full-price items bought between 17 November, and 24 December 2025 can be exchanged in store or returned (with proof of purchase) until 11 January 2026.
