To help take some of the stress out of your celebration planning and gift shopping, we are temporarily sending all orders via Express Shipping, at no extra cost to you.


We recommend shopping early to ensure you receive your parcel of goodies before Christmas.

In non-peak periods, most orders are dispatched within 2 business days and orders containing monogrammed products will require up to 7 business days to be dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently deliver to addresses in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to addresses located outside of those regions. For our valued guests located outside of AU, NZ, and SG, please know that we are working hard on being able to once again deliver kikki.K to your doorstep. Stay tuned on our emails and social media for updates.


Can I enter my address in a language other than English?

We encourage you to enter your shipping address in English. This can avoid delays with your order, and ensures that your order is delivered correctly. If it is necessary to enter your address in your localized language, for example in Cyrillic or Pinyin, please ensure that both are entered in the shipping address field.


When I log into my account, my order says ‘processing’. What does this mean?

This means we’re busy packaging your order and preparing it for dispatch. Most orders are dispatched within 2-7 business days.

How long does it take to process an order?

Once your order has been placed it may take between 2 - 7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. If you place an order on a weekend, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch of all monogramming orders.


Please note this can take longer during sale or busy periods.


How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email to let you know. You’ll receive another email shortly after from Australia Post with your tracking information which you can use to follow your parcel’s journey. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website here and you will also be sent updates about your delivery via Australia Post. Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving the dispatch email for your tracking information.


Do I need to be home to receive my parcel?

If you're not home and Australia Post determine there is a safe place for the parcel to be left on the premises, they’ll leave it there and take a photo of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely. If there’s no safe place, a card will be left as normal – and the parcel will be awaiting collection at a nearby Australia Post collection point to sign for, click here to find your local Australia Post collection point. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.


Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please call us on +61 3 9645 6346 or submit a query here with your order number and the new address. It may not always be possible, however, we’ll try our best to update your shipping address.
