We’re sure they’ll love your choice! To allow for gift purchases, throughout the festive season full-price items bought between 17 November and 24 December 2025 can be exchanged in store or returns (with proof of purchase) until 11 January 2026.

International Delivery

Customs Duties and Taxes
Delivery Cost does not include any applicable import taxes and customs duties for your order. You are responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes and duties for your order. In compliance with Australian export regulations, we must declare the exact value of all products ordered and mark them dutiable as "merchandise". The law prohibits us from marking any order as a "gift" even if you are placing an order with the intention of sending a gift to a recipient. Please check with your country's customs service for further information. Customs inspections may result in Delivery Estimate delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been placed it may take between 2 - 7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. If you place an order on a weekend, please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch of all monogramming orders.

Click & Collect
Our free Click & Collect service is available at our kikki.K stores. Simply shop online and choose Click & Collect at checkout. We’ll let you know at checkout if your product is available for collection.
How Do I Place A Click & Collect Order?
- Browse our website and select the items you wish to purchase.
- At checkout, choose Click & Collect as your delivery method.
- Proceed with the usual checkout process, and we will confirm availability.
- Your order will be processed and ready for collection within 2 business days. You will receive a "Ready for Collection" email once your order is available. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive it.
- Visit the selected store with a valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license) and your order confirmation to collect your items.
