kikki.K e-gift cards are available for amounts between $10 and $300.

Please treat e-gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen e-gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

Subject to our fraud review process and technology service providers, E-gift cards are generally emailed to the designated recipient within 30 minutes after purchase.

E-gift Cards can be redeemed for purchases online or in store at any kikki.K store, excluding kikki.K concession stores (MYER).

E-gift cards can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment, when used in conjunction with another tender method (excluding Apple Pay, Afterpay & ZipPay).

Purchases made using an e-gift card in conjunction with another tender method will be available for in-store exchange or alternatively, a refund can be processed. The refund amount will be processed back to the gift card first, prior to the secondary payment method.

E-gift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit, and no change will be given.

E-gift cards expire 3 years after the date of purchase.

If an incorrect pin is entered three times, the gift card will be automatically locked for 24 hours. Should this occur, please contact Customer Care for assistance.

Upon redemption, the holder will receive store credit on their kikki.K account for the stated amount. Cards and credits cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Contact kikki.K at customercare@kikki-k.com to request replacement of a lost or stolen card, or for any questions.
