Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $200. Standard shipping for orders under $200 is $19.95 NZD.
Please allow up to 10 business days after dispatch for your order to be delivered. You will receive a dispatch email once your order is shipped, most orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Orders containing monogrammed products will require up to 4 business days to be dispatched.
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames above.
Please enter the billing and shipping address in English to avoid delays with your order. All orders require a signature on delivery and we do not ship to international PO Boxes.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
It is the customer's responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly. Please note that in accordance with export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable merchandise. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a gift for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please visit our United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore or Worldwide stores to shop from outside Australia. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed.
Can I enter my address in a language other than English?
We encourage you to enter your shipping address in English. This can avoid delays with your order, and ensures that your order is delivered correctly. If it is necessary to enter your address in your localized language, for example in Cyrillic or Pinyin, please ensure that both are entered in the shipping address field.
When I log into my account, my order says ‘processing’. What does this mean?
This means we’re busy packaging your order and preparing it for dispatch. Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
How long does it take to process an order?
Once your order has been placed it may take up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. If you place an order on a weekend, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Please allow up to 4 business days for dispatch of all monogramming orders.
Please note this can take longer during sale or busy periods.
How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email to let you know. You’ll receive another email shortly after from Couriers Please with your tracking information which you can use to follow your parcel’s journey. You can track your parcel on the Couriers Please website here and you will also be sent updates about your delivery via Couriers Please. Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving the dispatch email for your tracking information.
Do I need to be home to sign for my parcel?
Yes. We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound, so someone will need to be home to sign for your parcel. We’d recommend selecting a business address to make sure someone is available.
If you're not home and Couriers Please determine there is a safe place for the parcel to be left on the premises, they’ll leave it there and take a photo of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely. If there’s no safe place, a card will be left as normal – and the parcel will be awaiting collection at a nearby POP to sign for, click here to find your local POPShop or POPStation. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please call us on +61 3 9645 6346 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the new address. It may not always be possible, however, we’ll try our best to update your shipping address.
