Customs Duties and Taxes

Delivery Cost does not include any applicable import taxes and customs duties for your order. You are responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes and duties for your order. In compliance with Australian export regulations, we must declare the exact value of all products ordered and mark them dutiable as "merchandise". The law prohibits us from marking any order as a "gift" even if you are placing an order with the intention of sending a gift to a recipient. Please check with your country's customs service for further information. Customs inspections may result in Delivery Estimate delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been placed it may take between 2 - 7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. If you place an order on a weekend, please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch of all monogramming orders.

Click & Collect

Our free Click & Collect service is available at our kikki.K stores. Simply shop online and choose Click & Collect at checkout. We’ll let you know at checkout if your product is available for collection.

How Do I Place A Click & Collect Order?

  • Browse our website and select the items you wish to purchase.
  • At checkout, choose Click & Collect as your delivery method.
  • Proceed with the usual checkout process, and we will confirm availability.
  • Your order will be processed and ready for collection within 2 business days. You will receive a "Ready for Collection" email once your order is available. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive it.
  • Visit the selected store with a valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license) and your order confirmation to collect your items.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

For your convenience, Authority to Leave (“ATL”) will be selected by default at checkout.

By proceeding with your order where ATL remains selected, you expressly consent to your order being delivered and left unattended at your nominated shipping address in a safe place without requiring a signature (“ATL delivery”), or taken to your nearest collection point for later collection where a safe place is not available.

By proceeding with ATL, you acknowledge and agree that delivery will be deemed to have occurred once the parcel has been left at the address provided, and the risk of loss or damage passes to you at that time. Proof of delivery provided by the carrier will be accepted as conclusive evidence of delivery.

Kikki.K will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to parcels after they have been delivered under ATL, and parcels will not be replaced or refunded (unless otherwise required by law).

You may opt out of ATL by unticking the relevant box during the checkout process. If ATL is deselected, a signature will be required on delivery, or your parcel will be taken to a collection point if no one is available to receive it.
