Our new concept store has opened on Melbourne's iconic Gertrude St - a hub for creativity, coffee, and some of the city's best retail offerings.
Take a tour with Creative Director Lisa Gorman...

The new store reimagines how a kikki.K customer might navigate creating their life in style: through an expanded apparel collection that coordinates seamlessly with Bags, Luggage and of course, Stationery.
The store's original, forest-green tiled facade proved the inspiration for the fit out, which interprets kikki.K's brand green into various hues throughout the space.
“What I want to be able to offer the people that walk into the store is an experience that almost challenges their ideas around colour.” - Lisa Gorman, Creative Director at kikki.K

Kelly-green rails and natural-toned timber nestle on top of a warm, cork tile floor. Green glass pendant lights hover delicately in the centre of the space.

The colourful paracord at the centre of the TREK. Bag range is wound around vintage spools in the 'creation station', as well as fashioned into macrame pot hangers suspended in the 'patio'.
“I think in a place like Gertrude Street, you’re incredibly influenced by the street. You don’t open here if you’re not inspired by your neighbours and the community of shops here.”says Lisa.

A new store on the street couldn't open without a party with the neighbours. Chris from nearby Northside Records brought the funk, while catering by locals Black Truffle and Pinto Tiramisu kept everyone in high spirits.
Mix-and-match Coffee Cups and the opportunity to build a custom TREK. bag with Lisa had the crowds lining up down the block at our Grand Opening. Bolstered with complimentary coffees from neighbours Archie's All Day and perfect chocolate brownies from organic bakery Fatto A Mano, fans of the brand weathered the famously unpredictable Melbourne weather for a fabulous celebration.
